Despite a sharp dip in the December quarter, recent data from UDIA WA has revealed 2020 was an unprecedented year for land sales in Western Australia.
Sales almost doubled year on year, according to the UDIA WA Urban Development Index, with 10,035 new lots sold in 2020 compared to 5284 in 2019.
