Event Confirmation & Payment

In order to finalise your event registration, you are required to accept the event terms & conditions as outlined here. Once completed your booking is confirmed and subject to our cancellation policy. Your invoice will be sent within 3 business days of completing the registration and subject to 30 day payment terms. Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to events@udiawa.com.au at least 7 days prior to the event. Funds can be held in credit for use within 6 months or refunded. Any cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the event will not be accepted, and will incur the full cost of the ticket/s. If you do not attend on the day your invoice remains payable with 30 day payment terms from the date of invoice. Replacement guests can be provided at no additional cost and must be sent to events@udiawa.com.au no later than 7 days prior to the event.

If an event if cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances or any cause or event not reasonably within the control of UDIA WA, refunds, credits or transfers will be based on the individual circumstances and venue policies.

COVID-19

UDIA WA will ensure that a range of protocols and enhanced hygiene measures are in place at face-to-face events to safeguard your health and well-being. This includes compliance with any Commonwealth, State or Territory health orders that might include density limits, vaccination requirements or mask wearing.  

If government rules change between you booking to attend an event and the day of the event, we will contact you and update you about your attendance.

To ensure we provide a COVID safe event, by registering for this event you are confirming that you will notify us and not attend the event if;

  • You become unwell and are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms
  • At the time of the event, you are required by Government regulation to be in self-isolation or self-quarantining
  • You have tested positive for COVID-19

Event Code of Conduct

UDIA WA is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable environment at our events for all staff, sponsors, members and guests. 

UDIA WA event attendees must:

  • Treat all staff and other guests with respect
  • Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and not engage in any discrimination, harassment, or abuse of any kind that is objectionable or causes offence.
  • Consume alcohol in a responsible manner

UDIA WA reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any persons deemed to be intoxicated and/or behaving in a disorderly manner. UDIA WA also reserves the right to ban a member or guests from attending future events. 

UDIA WA has a zero tolerance towards discrimination, harassment and bullying. Should you wish to make a complaint please bring the matter to the attention of a member of the UDIA WA team. The employee, contractor, client or member will be held personally responsible for their conduct. If you do make a complaint, the CEO will undertake an investigation if appropriate and determine the suitable course of action.
