Cheapest in the country: Perth land values take another hit

Perth land prices are among the cheapest in the country after recording a 2.3 per cent drop in the September quarter.

Urban Development Institute of Australia figures released on Monday revealed Perth land prices were down 3.9 per cent for the year making the city cheaper than Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane and on par with Adelaide.
